Dr. Jen-der Day got her Master of Sciences at the Department of Computer Sciences, Purdue University, USA. She has the Ph.D. of Business Study at the University of Edinburgh, UK.
She has executive experiences as a Dean of Student Affairs and a Dean of International Affairs, Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences(KUAS), Taiwan.
She is supervising the Ph.D. students at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, KUAS.
She has been a Visiting scholar at the Purdue University, USA and the University of Edinburgh, UK. Her major research fields are innovation technology, strategic management, and stress management.
